How It Works:

Register below, receive credentials, access fund materials securely
Diligence
Review approved investor materials in the secure Data Room
Onboard
Have your introduced Professional Investor register and access the Data Room, where they can review materials and complete onboarding via Falcon’s secure link
Regulated Introducers
- Must comply with FCA Rules on financial promotions, suitability, and client categorisation
- May provide investment advice within your regulatory permissions
- Use only approved materials from Falcon Investment Management Ltd (the AIFM)
Unregulated Introducers
- Must limit activities to providing factual information from approved materials only
- Must NOT provide investment advice, recommendations, or suitability opinions
- Must ensure activities fall within unregulated introducer exemptions
All introducers must: Use only the Information Memorandum and materials approved by Falcon; never make unauthorised representations about the Fund.
Commission Structure:
- 5% of Performance Fees + 5% of Management Fees for 24 months from first subscription
- Applies to Professional Investors who subscribe directly via Subscription Agreement
- HNWI/Sophisticated Investor routes are excluded – any introducer arrangements with these investors are private matters between you and the investor; Karl Finance and Falcon accept no responsibility for such arrangements
