Karl Finance LLP is the sponsor and technology provider for The Amplitude Fund (Falcon Hybrid SPC - The Amplitude Fund SP). Karl Finance LLP is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The Fund is an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) for UK regulatory purposes, managed by Falcon Investment Management Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a full-scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). FCA Firm Reference Number: 673552. The Fund is only available to Professional Investors as defined by the FCA. Not available to Retail Clients.
